That’s why I am building Moonbunny—a space where design meets the science of sleep to bring real solutions to those who need them most.

A Mother’s Exhausting Search for Sleep

Like so many parents, I thought sleep deprivation would be a temporary phase. But when my daughter was a baby, sleep became my biggest battle. I spent endless nights desperately searching for solutions—reading articles, scrolling through forums, and buying every gadget, book, and product that promised better rest. I wasn’t just trying to help my baby sleep—I was trying to survive my own exhaustion.

Even as she grew older, sleep remained a struggle. I kept looking for a one-stop resource where science-backed research, personal experience, and real solutions were all in one place. Instead, I found myself bouncing between countless websites, parenting blogs, and online stores, piecing together advice that often contradicted itself. There had to be a better way.

That’s when I realized the sleep industry was missing something—an accessible, well-designed space where real people could find solutions tailored to their needs. Sleep isn’t just about products or expert advice; it’s about finding what works for you.

How My Design Background Shapes Moonbunny’s Sleep Solutions

With a background in design from Parsons School of Design (in fact Moonbunny actually began at Parsons as a project) and years as a Design Director, I’ve spent my career creating thoughtful, user-centric experiences. I understand that great design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about functionality, ease of use, and solving real problems.

Sleep should be no different.

As a parent, I know firsthand that parents don’t have time to sift through mountains of conflicting advice. As someone who has struggled with sleep as an adult, I understand the frustration of trial-and-error solutions. Moonbunny exists to cut through the noise and bring sleep solutions together in one beautifully designed, research-backed space.

Building an App for Personalized Sleep Solutions

At Moonbunny, I’m working on an app that will help those struggling with insomnia, and people with overactive minds, especially parents. This isn’t just another sleep tracker—it’s a tool designed to help you find real, practical ways to improve your sleep without the endless guessing game.

I’m taking my time to thoughtfully build this because I know what it’s like to feel desperate for answers. I want to create something that truly makes a difference.
